Founded by Ciaran Collins, CiCo Consulting takes a practical approach to consulting.
We specialise in funding support, mentoring & training, organisational growth development & support, business planning, strategic planning, economic appraisals, action planning, evaluations, governance / policy & procedure development, social return on investment (SROI) and impact measurement.
Our aim is to provide a professional and practical consultancy service which is ‘over and above’ traditional consultancy. We work with a wide range of organisations such as micro and small businesses, third sector organisations and voluntary community & social enterprises (VCSE).
Meet our team
Ciaran Collins
I'm Ciaran, founder of CiCo Consulting, based in Northern Ireland. I have 15+ years' experience working with voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations, as well as public sector bodies and small businesses across the UK and Ireland.
My work is hands-on and practical: securing funding through major capital, core and programme bids, alongside organisational development, governance, mentoring, training and advisory support.

Big events, big miles.
Before CiCo, I worked in major events, including Venue Operations at the London 2012 Olympic Stadium and Venue Operations Manager for a Tier 1 venue at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
In 2015 I set up a high-altitude training camp in Kenya and Uganda for up-and-coming long distance runners. I also once ran for Ireland as a junior at a European Championships in France.
